“Heard great feedback.”

Every kind word shared, every recommendation made, and every story passed on means more than you could imagine. When someone trusts me because of your experience, it’s not just a compliment — it’s a reminder of why I love the work I do. 💛

If you’ve ever told a friend, family member, or colleague about your treatment, thank you. Your words help others take that first step toward feeling better and finding balance again.

Your support doesn’t just grow my business — it helps more people start or continue on their healing journey. And for that, I’m truly grateful.

Fear often shows up just before growth. It whispers doubts, highlights worst-case scenarios, and keeps us safely inside our comfort zone. But what if that fear is actually a signpost, pointing toward the very thing that will help you expand, heal, or transform?

Whether it’s booking that appointment, starting something new, speaking your truth, or finally putting yourself first… courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s moving forward despite it.

Your next chapter may be waiting just beyond that uncomfortable step 💛

Looking back, I feel so grateful for all the talks and presentations I’ve been invited to give over the years.

From small community groups to larger workplaces, each room, each conversation, and each shared moment has been a reminder of why I do what I do.

I’ve spoken about stress, wellbeing, the body’s ability to heal, and the importance of listening to our bodies. Every time, I’ve learned just as much from the people in the room. The questions, the stories, the laughter, the quiet “aha” moments… they all stay with me.

These talks have always been about connection, education, and empowerment. I love meeting people where they are and offering simple, practical ways to support their physical and emotional wellbeing.

If you’re part of a group, organisation, or workplace that would like to explore wellbeing, stress management, or holistic health in a supportive and engaging way, I’d love to hear from you.

Sometimes, all it takes is one conversation to spark positive change.

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about romantic love ❤️

It’s also a gentle reminder to love yourself — your body, your mind, and your journey.

Self-love can look like slowing down, listening to what your body needs, setting healthy boundaries, or allowing yourself time to rest and recharge. When you care for yourself, you create balance, resilience, and space for deeper healing.

This Valentine’s Day, choose to be kind to yourself. Because the relationship you have with you is the most important one of all 💖

Today we celebrate the International Day of Women & Girls in Science

It’s a day to recognise the incredible contributions women and girls make in science, research, innovation, and discovery. And also, to encourage future generations to believe that their curiosity, intelligence, and ideas truly matter.

When women are supported to explore, question, and lead in science, we all benefit.

Let’s inspire confidence, nurture curiosity, and remind every girl that science needs her too.

The jaw and shoulders may seem unrelated, but they’re closely connected through muscles, fascia, and the nervous system.

When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or holding back emotions, the jaw often clenches, sometimes without us even realising. This tension can then travel down into the neck and shoulders, creating stiffness, headaches, and restricted movement.

Tight jaw muscles can pull on the muscles of the neck, altering posture and increasing strain on the shoulders.

Over time, this pattern becomes the body’s “new normal,” keeping the upper body in a constant state of tension.

Massage helps by releasing tight muscles, softening fascia, and calming the nervous system. Kinesiology helps by getting to the root cause of the tightness in the first place.

When the jaw relaxes, the shoulders often follow, allowing the whole upper body to feel lighter, more open, and at ease.

Sometimes the key to easing shoulder pain starts with simply letting your jaw soften.

Holistic Massage vs Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Both treatments support your wellbeing, but they work in different ways, and sometimes together they’re even more powerful.

Holistic Massage
This is a whole-body approach that looks at the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of you. It helps to release tension, ease muscle discomfort, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. Every session is tailored to what your body needs on the day.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This is a very gentle, rhythmic technique that supports your lymphatic system. It helps reduce swelling, encourage detoxification, boost immunity, and support healing after illness, surgery, or periods of stress and fatigue.

Which one is right for you?

If you’re feeling tense, overwhelmed, or carrying stress in your body, holistic massage may be ideal.

If you’re feeling sluggish, bloated, run-down, or dealing with swelling or inflammation, lymphatic drainage may be the better choice.

Sometimes, having both treatments at different times, offers the best support because your body is always working as a whole.

This quote is such a lovely reminder that not everyone’s reaction is ours to carry.

When we stay true to ourselves, grounded in who we are and what we value, we create space for peace, growth and self-acceptance. Let go of what isn’t yours and keep moving forward 💚

Your body is constantly communicating with you, every ache, pain or recurring symptom carries a message.

In The Secret Language of Your Body, Inna Segal reminds us that the body reflects our emotional and energetic state, not just our physical one. And it’s amazing, when I read out the information from the book to a client about a symptom and it’s like a light bulb goes on, with recognition of likely causes.

When we slow down and listen, the body often shows us where stress, unprocessed emotions or imbalance are asking for attention. True healing begins when we address the root cause, not just the symptom.

Your body isn’t working against you, it’s guiding you.

St. Bridget’s Day marks a time of renewal, light and new beginnings.

Traditionally celebrated as the first day of spring, it’s a reminder to gently awaken after winter, set intentions, and care for our inner fire.

St. Bridget is associated with healing, protection and creativity.

These beautiful themes invite us to slow down, listen to our bodies and nurture balance in mind, body and spirit. As the days grow brighter, I hope this season brings fresh energy, hope and gentle growth.
