Most people never think about their adductors, the muscles on the inside of your thighs, until they start causing problems. But these muscles play a major role in stabilising your pelvis, hips, knees, and even your lower back.

When your adductors are weak, tight, or out of balance, your body has to compensate. That can lead to:

“I don’t have time.”

We’ve all said it… but most of the time, it isn’t actually about time at all.

When someone says “I don’t have time,” what they often really mean is:
• “I’m overwhelmed.”
• “My nervous system is already stretched.”
• “I don’t feel like I can give any more of myself right now.”
• “I’m running on empty and trying to keep going.”

Time is rarely the true block, your ability to keep up is.

In my work, I see this every day. When the body is tired, stressed, or out of balance, even simple tasks feel impossible. But when you support your system, emotionally, physically, and energetically, suddenly the things you once “didn’t have time for” become easier, lighter, and more achievable.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.
Breathe.
