We are Specialist Nurses who have completed Post-Grad Diplomas in Primary Ear Care and can provide services such as:

Tinnitus is the perception of sound that is not coming from an external source.
It can range from mildly irritating to causing patients to become completely overwhelmed. It can affect enjoyment of hobbies, sleep, mood and mental health.

Tinnitus sounds can be a variety of things including ringing, buzzing, whooshing, even machinery sounds or songs.

One of our patients perceives a tractor sound, another hears a song on repeat and another hears their washing machine on a spin cycle. Often our brains will interpret sound as something we have previous reference for.

Ear Wax Occlusions, Ear Infections or Foreign Objects, Noise Exposure and Hormone Fluctuations can cause Tinnitus or make a pre-existing Tinnitus much worse.
