Dingle BodyBoost Pilates - Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced, Circuit Training, BodyBoost Class, ZUMBA Classes are held both in the morning and evening.

I do a range of classes from my studio on Green St., classes are kept to small numbers to ensure attention for each client. I teach all levels of Pilates and keep the classes varied while staying true to the movements of Joseph Pilates Mat work. For a great cardio session ZUMBA is on offer on Thursdays at 7:15, this dance inspired fitness class is great fun and a super workout!

Hi all,

New set of classes for 2022 is starting from Tuesday 11th of January for 6 weeks.

At present classes are limited to a group of 8.

Classes starting Tues 11th of Jan 2022 will be:

Beginners Pilates: Tue 9:30-10:30am
Intermediate Pilates: Tue 6:30-7:30pm
Mixed Levels: Wed 6:00-7:00pm
Beginners Pilates: Wed 7:15-8:15pm
Mixed Levels: Thu 9:30-10:30am
Back to Basics: Thu 6:15-7:00pm (build a strong training foundation with proper techniques. Incorporates weights and body weight exercises.)
