This sequence allows you to relearn how to move your spine freely and easily.
It starts with gentle extension and flexion of the lower back. Once you get the hang of arching and flattening your lower back, you’ll be amazed how good it feels!
Then onto your front to release ALL the muscle of the back of the spine. We release the diagonals, shoulder to opposite hip, and then straight down the spine..
All your back muscles are feeling much more relaxed and long now, so on to your front to relearn how to gently curl forward, further lengthening out our back muscles.
You’re finished, lay back and enjoy the feeling of comfort and relaxation.
Once learned, this entire sequence can be completed in less than 10 minutes. Practiced daily it can keep your back feeling relaxed, supple and comfortable.
