So here is the new class I’m starting on Tuesday the 25th of November!
A lot of people have been asking for a morning option, so this one is at 10:00–11:00am and will include the addition of resistance bands to help build strength and support healthy movement.
This class is also a great option for ladies with osteoporosis, as the movements and resistance work are designed to safely support bone health. For anyone dealing with knee issues, I can offer chair-based alternatives so you can take part comfortably and confidently.
