EASTER WEEK YOGA KINDLY!
Our Saturday mornings are returning back to the FMRC Downings (just in case the weather surprises us and we want to take our mats to the beachš¤HOPE is a great thing.
So what is coming up...
āBreathe into your upper body seams, front back and sides and let your body unfold like a quiet wave, strong and free.ā
Over the next two weeks, weāll gently explore the landscape of the upper bodyāwhat I like to think of as the upper dock, where breath, movement, and awareness arrive and expand.
Weāll move through the sides, the front, and the back body, allowing each layer to gradually unfurl like a quiet wave.
Thereās no force here, only invitationāan opening through the shoulders, the heart, the ribs, and the space behind the heart.
As we soften habitual holding and create room for breath to move more freely, we may discover a sense of ease, lightness, and quiet strength.
Let this be a practice of curiosity and unfolding, where each movement ripples outward with steadiness and calm.
