Over the next two weeks, our practice will focus on flexibility and exploring your own version of the splits.
This isn’t about achieving the full pose, but about moving with patience, building strength, and creating space in the body safely. We’ll work on opening the hips and hamstrings while tuning into what feels right for you.
Expect a mix of gentle challenge, mindful movement, and moments to slow down and listen inward.
Hanumanasana is not just a physical stretch—it’s a balance of:
Effort and ease, Strength and surrender, Grounding and opening.
Lower body
Muscles: Hamstrings, hips, flexors, core, lower back glutes etc.
Sacral chakra & Root chakra.
