YOGA KINDLY SHARING the moments that shaped our year.

2025 has been a year of growth, movement, and community.
We shared laughter and calm at alpaca yoga, flowed together through many beach yoga classes — with our very first beach session in May — and connected deeply through private group motivation weekends and one-to-one sessions.

We welcomed a new class at Magherabeg Leisure Centre, and when our fixed studio was no longer available, we adapted and became a mobile studio — proof that yoga isn’t about a place, it’s about the people.
Our classes flowed through Downings, Carrigart, and Rossnakill, and our tribe continues to grow.

Thank you all for supporting us along the way. Our community means everything to us, and we can’t wait to keep growing and building together in 2026.

As 2025 wraps up, I just want to send a huge thank you (and a big Christmas hug).
Yoga Kindly is what it is because of you — without you, there would be no Yoga Kindly.
Thank you for showing up, even on the days when the couch was calling louder than the mat.
Thank you for your energy, your laughs, your deep breaths, and for walking through the door even when motivation was low.
You keep YOGA Kindly space alive and you keep me excited to teach.
Yoga Kindly isn’t just a class — it’s a community you’ve helped create simply by being you.
And I’m so grateful for every stretch, wobble, and moment we’ve shared this year.

Our Practice over the next two weeks..

EFFORT & EASE…with Breath Awareness.

In our practice we’re exploring movement that follows the rhythm of the breath — letting each inhale and exhale guide how we transition, shape, and soften in our postures.

When we become more aware of the breath, we move with greater clarity and intention. The practice becomes steadier, more grounded, and more connected from the inside out.

Breath awareness helps us tune into what the body needs, release unnecessary tension, and create a smoother flow between effort and ease.

As we move with this deeper connection, the practice feels more spacious, supportive, and alive.

As you arrive on your mat...just breathe.🧘

YOGA KINDLY / YOGA WILD ATLANTIC WAY....November has arrived.

“When the hips are grounded, the whole body dances with ease and grace.”

This week in class, we’re diving deep into the hips — one of the most powerful and pivotal parts of the body. They’re the gateway to movement, balance, and strength. When our hips are strong and steady, everything else flows more smoothly — from standing tall to twisting deeply, to moving with ease in daily life.

Why focus on the hips?
Not only are our hips our power house, but they support our entire frame and connect our upper and lower body. When the hips are stable and strong, they help protect the knees and lower back, improve posture, and increase overall mobility. Plus, hip openness brings freedom — easing tension, releasing emotional stress, and expanding our capacity to move joyfully.

What you can expect in class:
This week, we’ll work on building strength, steadiness, and mindful mobility in the hips through grounding postures and dynamic flows. Whether it’s holding Warrior II with presence or exploring lunges and hip openers, you’ll feel your foundation grow rock solid — and your energy light and free.
