YOGA KINDLY / YOGA WILD ATLANTIC
Over the next two weeks - we’re bringing awareness to the lumbar spine, the lower back that supports so much of our movement. We’ll explore the balance between strength and range of motion—building stability through the core and hips while allowing gentle, spacious movement through the body. When we feel supported, we can begin to move with a little more playfulness and curiosity, exploring how the spine responds.
