✨ It was through my own journey that Sound revealed itself to me as something far beyond words… a language that speaks directly to the body, the heart, the unseen spaces within us.
Words can only reach so far, but Sound moves through the formless, the ineffable, the deeply felt.

Each session is a living landscape of vibration and resonance, where you are invited to rest, restore, and explore the depths of mind, thoughts and consciousness.

I love creating these spaces. I love allowing Sound to speak through the sessions, guiding each person into their own experience… their own unfolding.

Your body understands sound in ways the mind doesn’t.

✨Sound is one of the oldest medicines we know.

Long before crystal bowls and gongs were part of modern sound journeys, humans gathered with rhythm, voice and simple instruments to shift their state… to focus, to release, and to reconnect with one another.

That ancient language of vibration still speaks to us.

We are deeply responsive to sound. Our bodies feel it before the mind has time to interpret it. Frequencies can reach places that words and thinking cannot always touch.

On this evening we gather in the warm, earthy space of The Eco Basket as waves of gongs and crystal bowls create a rich landscape of sound.

A moment to lie down, soften, and allow the body to settle as the vibrations move gently through you.
