Our bodies are wired to heal through Sound ✨✨✨

Sound influences us on a deep sub conscious level.
Our brain waves, heart rate and cellular frequency will shift and sync with external sound frequencies.

Bathing in the Sound Waves of Gongs, crystal bowls, chimes … - the body is very gently taken into harmony.
The nervous system resets and we return to our natural rhythms and true nature of peace, well being and joy.
