CranioSacral Therapy case study sessions available in South Donegal!

I have recently completed my Level 1 in CranioSacral Therapy and I am now working through my level 2 case studies and am looking for volunteers!

I have already completed my Equine CranioSacral training and currently I am studying with Upledger Ireland towards my human therapy qualifications.

CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, hands-on therapy focusing on rebalancing the body and works closely with the nervous system.
Typically it is a very relaxing and revitalising treatment as it allows the body to find balance and connection that has been altered over time through injury and compensation.

🐎💆Treat your horse and yourself this year! 💆🐎

I am now offering the option of a case study session for yourself when you book your horse in for either CranioSacral or a TRT session.

I began my human CranioSacral training in the autumn and I am now in the process of completing my case studies.
There are very few contraindications for these sessions (e.g. recent fractures, blood clot issues, history of stroke) but for the purpose of case studies you must be over 18.

As equestrians we tend to put our own bodies' needs on hold to put our horses first so this is a great opportunity to give yourself a bit of TLC at no extra cost!
