Here is Zoe's fabulous Chicken Curry Fakeaway dish for approx 200 cals - Step 2. ๐Ÿ› Zoe has lost 3 stone so far on the 1:1 Diet.

You need โฌโฌโฌ

โœ…170g of chicken breast
โœ…A tiny spoonful of curry paste โœ…80g of fresh kale

๐Ÿ‘‰Pop the curry paste in pan.
๐Ÿ‘‰Simmer, then add the chicken. ๐Ÿ‘‰Once the chicken has cooked then add the kale.

The kale shrinks loads once itโ€™s been heated, but it has a sweet taste to it. Nom nom!
