A Cell to Soul Nervous System Reset
This session is an invitation to stop doing and begin being held.
We begin with a Cell to Soul meditation, gently guiding awareness from the navel (bellybutton) down into the root and sacral chakras, grounding you into the Earth, into Mother Nature, into safety and support.
From here, we slowly rise —
through the solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown and soul star —
connecting Earth and Heaven within you.
We then bring everything back down again, landing softly in the navel space, where soul anchors into body and the nervous system can finally soften.
From here, the melt begins.
