2025: A Year of Growth & Balance ✨

As I look back on 2025, I feel so grateful. It’s been a year of meaningful growth — both in my work and in myself. A year full of learning, and discovering just how important boundaries, time, and rest really are.

A few moments that stood out:

💫 A big milestone: 20 months in and I reached full capacity this year and made the decision to pause taking on new clients, working instead from a cancellation list — something I never imagined would happen so soon.

📖 Continued learning: From Foot Reading training to the IRI conference and many webinars, I’ve loved continuing to learn and expand my skills.

🧘‍♀️ The reset: Learning to care for my own energy, so I can continue holding a calm, supportive space for you.

🫂 To my wonderful clients — thank you for your trust and support. I’m so grateful to walk this path with you.

Here’s to 2026 and all that’s still to unfold 💚✨

What a fantastic Members Event organized by the this weekend! 💫

Following the insightful presentations on Day 1, Day 2 was jam-packed with engaging, practical workshops. 🦶

The event was buzzing with positive energy, provided lots of food for thought, and offered a great introduction for further learning opportunities in the field of reflexology.

A huge well done to the organizers for putting together such a fab event and inviting such amazing speakers.

And of course, what would a wonderful event be without capturing a few photos & catching up with my reflexologist friends! 📸😃

What a week! Another busy one of treatments is coming to a close, and it’s been a mix of everything—from reflexology supporting sleep and mood to deep tissue massage tackling hip, and lower back tension, groin strain and helping to restore shoulder mobility. 🦶💆‍♀️

I’m grateful to all my wonderful clients for keeping me busy; your continued support means the world to my practice.

This week was extra special as we celebrated World Reflexology Week! It’s fantastic to raise awareness about this powerful therapy and all its benefits. 👣

To top it all off, I’m heading to a weekend reflexology conference to celebrate 40 years of the Irish Reflexologists’ Institute! I'm looking forward to connecting with other reflexologists and celebrating this amazing anniversary
