Exercise is a vital part of rehabilitation, and in 2025 our Physical Rehabilitation & Exercise service grew by 20%. From personalised gym programmes & group classes to our Outdoor LET'S WALK Group, Pilates, Yoga, & our ever-popular Dance Fitness/Salsa sessions, we’re helping people rebuild strength, confidence, & wellbeing, one step, stretch, & dance move at a time 💜

43 children and young adults used our services in 2025 💜
Within a safe and nurturing environment, we helped them express their feelings, build resilience, and develop coping strategies to manage their emotions. We support children directly affected by their own cancer diagnosis, or those that need support navigating a family member or loved one’s diagnosis. We also support children experiencing cancer-related grief.
