MONDAY MORNING YOGA DONEGAL TOWN
There is no better way to start you week with some movement and stillness. It gets us out of our heads and into our bodies. It allows us to take a pause and means we can tackle whatever the week ahead will bring!
A new block of our Monday morning yoga classes is starting next week on 20th October in St Patrick's Parish Centre.
These classes are suitable for ALL levels and everyone! All you need is a yoga mat and a blanket (and I have spare if you don't have any of those!)

Eske Pharmacy , Donegal Town are hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness Day in store on Thursday 16th Oct The Marie Keating information unit and qualified nurse will be present for people can speak to privately in relation to any concerns they may have . (Or any type of cancer, they cover all types)
we are making a girly day out of it as October is Breast cancer awareness month and have some of our brands in store on the day and have Emily Gallagher hosting a makeup masterclass that evening at 7pm. They can purchase tickets on both eske pharmacy and Emily’s Instagram pages or through eventbrite. We will be collecting money throughout the day and all money from the masterclass tickets will be donated to Marie Keating.
