Just a post in relation to my working days and hours...

Revive Body Therapy is open Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays
First appointment at 10am and
last appointment at 4pm (to be finished at 5pm). I work by appointment only!!

I work some Saturdays but they are usually well booked out ahead of time so unfortunately have very very limited times for the Saturday appointments. (And when I say limited I mean usually non existent)

Unfortunately no evening appointments available as I have 2 wee buddies at home that need me and as every parent tells me they are only small for such a short while so enjoy them when we can xx

A quick video about the new treatment plan "Revive Trilogy"

Also I wouldn't recommend doing a drinking game with every time I say "Ehm" you'd have a bottle of shots gone in the 2mins of this video 😂😂

What's the best way to make appointment?

You can message me whichever suits you best - Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp or Text. ( I hate phone calls so don't call 😂😂)

I always tell people to message whenever you think of it and I will reply then during work hours.

I post availability on my page every Monday evening so you can keep an eye there or also I do updated availability on my stories during the week then.

But if there's a certain day/time that suits you just message and I will get you booked as best I can.

Recently I had the joy of heading to a few Hotel Spas for a wee pamper days, it was lovely being on the other side of treatments for a change but it got me thinking......

Apart from the obvious Thermal Suites and Relaxation areas there is very little difference in hotel spas and your local massage therapy clinics (like me!) and beauticians yet the price tag is massively different.

With your local massage therapist we aim to personalise each treatment for you individually and to how you are feeling that day.

We include extra little comforts to make your treatments relaxing and cosy for example with my facial or Reflexology treatments the massage bed is dressed with fleecy blankets, a duvet and pillows while at one Spa I had a facial and just had a large bath sheet covering me.

This isn't to bash Hotel Spa's (cause I do love a wee day of pampering with all the works at the hotels) but just to maybe highlight to you all that your local Massage therapist or Beautician is providing a very similar experience while (unfortunately for us 😂) usually at a lower price tag.
Just food for thought the next time you fancy a wee treat for yourself. 🙂
