• Allergic rhinitis & allergic conjunctivitis (2 years and over)
• Cold sores (1 month and over)
• Infective conjunctivitis (6 months and over)
• Impetigo (2 months and over)
• Oral thrush (1 month and over)
• Shingles (18 years and over)
• Uncomplicated urinary tract infection (UTI) in women (16–64 years)
• Vulvovaginal thrush (16–60 years)

💙 Cervical Cancer Awareness Week | 19th–25th January 💙

This week is Cervical Cancer Awareness Week, an important reminder of how vital prevention and early detection are.

Ways to help reduce your risk:
✔️ Attend regular cervical screening (smear tests)
✔️ Consider the HPV vaccination where appropriate
✔️ Practise safe s*x
✔️ Don’t ignore unusual symptoms

What to look out for:
⚠️ Unusual vaginal bleeding (between periods, after s*x, or after menopause)
⚠️ Pelvic pain
⚠️ Pain or discomfort during s*x
⚠️ Unusual vaginal discharge

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and speak to your GP or healthcare provider. Early detection can save lives.
