We’ve all been there, grudgingly packing our gear to do what we think we must do, make the trip to the gym to do our mandatory dose of exercise. For many this can form the basis of an unsustainable habit, nowhere is this clearer than in the case of new years resolutions with the 19th of January being the date people typically stop making the trip to the gym.
To be clear there is nothing wrong with the traditional gymgoing experience, just that it fails to work for many for a variety of reasons. At Curiosity we adopt a different approach, We encourage people to set measurable and specific goals which we then pursue as part of a community.
At Curiosity Movement you collect and sharpen skills, sustainability is a feature of our approach. The mindset and the practice are interconnected and we believe changing the practice can encourage a sustainable practice that builds a mindset of excitement and anticipation as opposed to obligation and boredom.
Train differently and think differently.
