Busy day as always. Wexford parish came and did a lovely prayer service for Ash Wednesday. Yesterday the residents made pancakes for the home.

Some of our residents were interviewed by morning Ireland radio, on New Year’s Eve traditions and resolutions.

It's New Years Eve, and later this evening people will gather together across the country to usher in the new year. RTÉ reporter Sheila Naughton met with some residents of Kerlogue Nursing Home in Wexford to talk all about the New Year: their past traditions, their hopes, and their advice.

St Mary’s CBS enniscorthy came loaded down with care packs for our residents. They spent a lovely few hours entertaining our residents. Huge thanks to the students and teachers. 🎄

What a busy weekend we had. The male voice choir performed their annual Christmas concert, the mummers entertained us today and rounded off with some social dancing to live music from pat. 🕺💃🏻🎄

Oyster Lane Theatre Group invited our residents to their dress rehearsal yesterday. We had a lovely afternoon. So much talent. If you are lucky enough to get tickets, you won’t be disappointed. Some availability mid week.
