How to prepare for a massage? πŸ€”

If this is your first visit and you do not know how to prepare, what to expect, whether to take a towel with you, how to dress, behave, etc., it is worth reading these tips:
-Keep hygiene like for tea at your aunt's. πŸ›
-you do not have to take ANYTHING with you - a towel, special underwear or wipes - everything is available on site. Disposable or washed, clean and fragrant. πŸ‘Œ
-Plan to arrive at the scheduled time, if you know you will be late please let me know. We will decide together whether there will be enough time to perform the procedure, or maybe there will be a shortened version, or maybe it will not be a problem. My studio is not a factory, I do not like haste, I give my clients space to calmly recover to the treatment, change in peace and without rushing. ⏱
-It is worth using the toilet before the massage, especially the longer one. Why wonder whether to ask for a break or clench your teeth and sphincters;) I suggest that if anything, it is definitely better to take a short break and then enjoy the massage to the maximum. 🚽
-Take 15 seconds at the beginning to listen to the therapist – then I tell you what to take off, what about shoes, how to lie down, etc. πŸ—£πŸ‘‚
-Before lying down, mute your phone, it's your time. Don't be distracted by the sound of notifications, call ringtones, or reminders. βŒπŸ“±
