On Saturday 7th March at 10am we’re hosting a free yoga class and we’re looking for a few friendly faces to join us.

My yoga teacher trainees are delivering a fully guided session — safe, supportive and open to all levels.

If you’ve been meaning to try a class, or you’d like to support our trainees while enjoying lovely Saturday morning yoga, this is for you.
