🥞 PANCAKE TUESDAY just got a whole lot gainier 💪🔥
13g protein per pancake — yes, REALLY.
These fluffy high protein pancakes are stupidly easy to make and taste like an actual treat. Perfect for Pancake Tuesday and your macros at the same time 👊
Ingredients (makes 5):
Wet: 3 eggs, 120g fat free cottage cheese, dash of vanilla extract
Dry: 80g plain flour (swap for oat flour for extra fibre!), 30g Per4m vanilla whey protein, 15g 0 cal sweetener, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt
Method:
Slowly combine wet + dry ingredients — don’t over-mix or you’ll lose the fluff! Cook 1/5 of the batter in a lightly buttered pan on low heat, lid on for 2 mins or until bubbles form, flip, lid back on for 1–2 more mins. Done. 🤌
Macros per pancake: 135 cals | 13g P | 14g C | 3g F
Full batch (5 pancakes): 675 cals | 65g P | 70g C | 15g F
Meal prep tip: freeze them in zip-seal bags for up to a month. Reheat with a damp paper towel in the microwave for 2 mins — tastes fresh every time ❄️
