We provide an award winning and professional Funeral service on a full-time basis in a uniquely caring and family environment. Established in 1988 by Paddy and his wife Patricia Townley. Our family centred approach has children Paula and Aidan fully involved in the day to day contact with families, with Maurice & Barbara also involved. Our dedicated staff ensure that your loved one’s final journey is arranged with meticulous attention to detail, in a dignified, compassionate and empathetic way. Our ethos has always been ‘Our family taking care of yours’. Our Funeral Home at Crosslanes, was completely renovated and extended in 2017 to offer families a tranquil setting to allow friends and family pay their final respects. With four separate viewing rooms, two arrangements rooms, a coffin show room, tearoom and shop providing signed Mass cards and flowers, we can comfortably cater for large numbers of mourners and there is ample secure, off-road parking. We continue to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to those that need us. All religious denomination funerals are catered for and we provide a complete repatriation service.

The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Betty) Kearney née Donnelly, Beechwood Drive, Dunleer, Co. Louth. 31st January 2026. Peacefully at her home in the tender loving care of her family. Betty is predeceased by her husband Thomas and baby son Richard. Loving mam to Bernie, Criss, Vera, Thomas and Kevin. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, sons, sons-in-law Paddy, Matt and Jimmy, grandchildren Damien, Matthew, Stephen, Caroline, Killian, Laura and Mark, great grandchildren Abbi, Adam, Aibhilín, Dáire, Bella and Holly, brothers Richie and Sean, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May Betty’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her home on Monday from 2 o’clock until 6 o’clock.

The death has occurred of Jean Murphy, Anneville Crescent, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Trinity Gardens. 30th January 2026, Peacefully in Sunhill Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents James and Bridget, brothers Fr John and James and sister Sr Presentia MMM. Jean will be very sadly missed by her sister Breda, brother Paul, brother-in-law Tom, sister-in-law Christine, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Ann Painter née Burke, Forest Park, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Bothar Brugha. 28th January 2026. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Stephen, brothers Pat and Anthony. Ann will be sadly missed by her brother Gerard, sisters-in-law Carole and Majella, stepson David, nephews, nieces, extended family, close friends and her beloved dog Bowie.
