When I teach the Nordic Walking class, I welcome ALL fitness levels.
I have walks to suit all.

Tonights walk was a high cardio workout.
It’s not easy…
Try adding resistance training to a 5km walk, that’s what the poles do.
This gives extra calorie burn and helps tone the upper body while also creating muscle.
A serious workout.
