First half marathon done yesterday at the Carlingford Carlingford Half Marathon & 10k with a great group of friends 🏃‍♂️
Amazing day, great memories and a brilliant experience all round.
Only for the DOMS I’d nearly do it all again tomorrow 😂

Amazing morning run 💪20K in the rain 🌧️ 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
A bit of a challenge with the weather, but totally worth it. So many chats, so many laughs, and the best company with . Nothing beats starting the day like that.
