I've really missed being active on my page recently.. but have really been focusing on slowing down, switching off and giving the kids my full attention, so that we can get through all this as best as possible 😊

It's hard for the kids, right?? My kids are doing great but they do need lots of time with me doing activities to keep them busy...

Hey everyone 🙋‍♀️

I have been missing in action this week as I have been a bit under the weather and also, like the rest of you, trying to adjust and adapt to all that is going on..

I'm hoping that you're all finding your feet 🤞 Even though it has been difficult and sometimes scary this week, I am really enjoying slowing down with the kids, no distractions 🙏 When I'm feeling 100% , I will get in touch to do some more distant healing work and maybe pull some cards for you guys 💜

I didn't get out walking the last couple of days and boy did I need it today!! 🙊

Walking outside, connecting with nature really really helps me to stay grounded, it shifts any lower energies that are lingering in my body and I always feel so relaxed afterwards 🙏 It's the little things 🥰
