I've really missed being active on my page recently.. but have really been focusing on slowing down, switching off and giving the kids my full attention, so that we can get through all this as best as possible 😊

It's hard for the kids, right?? My kids are doing great but they do need lots of time with me doing activities to keep them busy...

Hey everyone 🙋‍♀️

I have been missing in action this week as I have been a bit under the weather and also, like the rest of you, trying to adjust and adapt to all that is going on..

I'm hoping that you're all finding your feet 🤞 Even though it has been difficult and sometimes scary this week, I am really enjoying slowing down with the kids, no distractions 🙏 When I'm feeling 100% , I will get in touch to do some more distant healing work and maybe pull some cards for you guys 💜

Does anyone else use Nature as therapy? 🌊🌈☀️

I didn't get out walking the last couple of days and boy did I need it today!! 🙊

Walking outside, connecting with nature really really helps me to stay grounded, it shifts any lower energies that are lingering in my body and I always feel so relaxed afterwards 🙏 It's the little things 🥰

Thank you all for being here , it means a lot to me 💜

Thought it was about time that I introduced myself 🙊 and give you a bit of insight Into the person behind 'Healing Space Holistics'!!! I can be a bit shy when it comes to social media but sure, here goes nothing! 🤣

My name is Vicky! I'm a mammy, a wife, a qualified Healthcare Assistant and I work for my husband's company part time doing the paperwork 😴🤣 I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and fully qualified Reflexologist. I have specialised training in Maternity and Fertility Reflexology 👣

My passion is helping people 🥰 I get so much joy out of giving treatments, connecting with people and seeing clients walk out of a treatment feeling lighter and happier 👣💫🦋

Over the years I used both Reiki and Reflexology to deal with anxiety, stress and pregnancy related issues. Both therapies helped me so much, not only for the issues at the time but it also brought me on a journey of self discovery 😊🙏
