Not a baker,not a nutritionist,just a peri menopause, self employed pilates teacher ,single parent,trying my best to live as healthy as possible ๐Ÿ˜€
This took me 30 minutes, easy simple and tasty ๐Ÿ˜‹
I work in the mornings and evenings most days and in-between, Im Mam (pick up,drop off,cooking/cleaning and all the rest). I find eating regularly hard and now I'm well in the 40s and in peri menopause, being healthy is alot harder.
