.ie do incredible work providing free counselling, support services, and awareness initiatives for those affected by su***de, self-harm, depression, and grief. Their mission is to ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone, and we want to play our part in supporting that.

Every lifter who takes the platform at Get It Off Your Chest will not only be pushing for personal bests, but also raising awareness and funds for a cause that touches so many lives. The entry fee goes directly to SOSAD, and we’re encouraging everyone involved, athletes, coaches, friends, and supporters, to get behind the fundraising effort.

This event is about more than lifting weights. It’s about creating conversation around mental health.

Together, with SOSAD, we can make a real difference.

We would like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Lolo Robinson who raised €4,000 for SOSAD from the recent Boyneside Feis which was held in Our Lady's College, Greenhills, Drogheda on the 7th & 8th June.

This money will help so many people in our community.
