Hot Yoga Drogheda Finally HOT YOGA has arrived to Drogheda. Vibrant good health, and a sense of well being will automatically follow!

Each 1 hour class is designed to scientifically warm, stretch & strengthen muscles, massage internal organs (ensuring proper weight & muscle tone & detoxifying the entire body) and produce a purifying sweat. It's like running a mile without ever leaving your mat or risking any of the high impact to joints, tendons & ligaments. Your skin will glow as infra-red heat provides the same therapeutic value as the Sun without any of the damaging UV effects.
