Reflexology is based on the belief that each part of the body is interconnected through the nervous system to the hands and feet. Stimulating specific reflex points in the feet can bring needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body.

I had the most AMAZING time in with the supburb host that is along side my gorgeous friend

Evita went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable experience. We had a jam packed adventure, nature, hiking, food, ecstatic dance, it was so special and memorable.

So refreshing to get away from the busyness of life and escape to this little piece of heaven in the Italian mountains. The peace, beauty and tranquility of the surrounding area was breathtaking.

Evita offers a home from home experience in her gorgeous retreat.
I’d highly recommend as a getaway.

We flew into Rome got a bus and were met by the lovely Evita perfect from start to finish.

So so grateful for the time we shared ♥️

My heart is full 😍

There were seasons when I felt hollow, when silence was louder than any storm. But it was in those hollow spaces that resilience quietly took root. I learned that strength is not loud or proud; it is steady.

It is waking up when your heart is heavy and choosing to move forward anyway.

It is carrying memories without letting them anchor you. It is allowing yourself to mourn without allowing yourself to be defeated.

My soul was not strengthened in comfort.
It was strengthened in endurance.
In rebuilding.
In learning that even shattered pieces can form something stronger when put back together with intention.

The challenges did not harden my heart, they deepened it. They replaced naivety with wisdom. They turned fragile hope into unshakable faith, not faith that nothing will hurt again, but faith that I will survive it when it does.

Dare to stand alone. Walk in the opposite direction and go your own way. Stand in your truth. Let your intuition, gut, heart, dreams, true needs and desires be the only guides you listen to. When you do this you are in integrity. Fully aligned with your true self no matter how different, odd and misunderstood you might feel and seem to the majority. If it’s what feels right, then it is right and that’s all there is to it.
There’s no such thing as absolute truth. But there most definitely is personal truth. It’s yours and yours alone, so own it, embrace it; live it.
