By stimulating these reflexes with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved, which may alleviate stress and other health problems. Stimulating specific reflex points in the feet can bring needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body.

Hey everyone,

Let me introduce myself, I’m Olga, the face behind The Sole Angel 👼

I’m originally from inner city Dublin, a proud mother to two teenage boys, a wife, a friend, and a lifelong student of life with a deep love for learning and growth.

This year marks 10 years of working as a holistic therapist 🤍

Over the past ten years, my life has transformed through both growth and adversity. Each challenge strengthened my resilience and broadened my experiences, helping me connect more deeply with my clients.

I work intuitively, blending the many healing modalities in my toolbox to meet each person where they are.

More recently, I felt called to deepen my understanding even further and returned to college in September 2025 to study addiction.

My aim is to always offer a safe, nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I work from the heart, holding space with compassion, so you can reconnect with your own inner wisdom and learn to heal yourself.

Over the years, I’ve completed many additional CPD courses and have a special interest in trauma, addiction, and mental health.
