Some meals lately.. Including some of the slimming world meals from Dunnes Stores, the meatball one is fab 👌 I made a creamy mushroom and baby Sweetcorn to go with dinner just to jazz up the veg using the charleville lighter cheese spread with pepper, it was yum.. Tuna and Sweetcorn pasta for lunch.. 😊

Eat leftovers and slim! Here’s how to give your Christmas dinner a second lease of life in a way that works for your weight loss (and your budget!):

🥔 Mash leftover boiled veg together to make bubble and squeak cakes and fry in low-calorie spray.

🍝 Roast meat freezes best in a sauce – trim away fat, add to your favourite homemade healthy pasta, chilli or curry sauce, then freeze in portions.

🍇 Chop or halve fruit and set into sugar-free jelly for a jewel-like lighter dessert.
