Heart & Soul are offering beautiful Children’s Dance & Yoga classes designed to help young people build confidence, move their bodies, and learn emotional balance in a safe and supportive environment.

What I love about this approach is that it’s not about competitions or performances, it’s about children expressing themselves, connecting with their bodies, and growing in confidence at their own pace.

In a world where children often feel pressure to perform, spaces like this are so important. Movement, mindfulness and play can make a real difference to their wellbeing.
