This step brings us closer to more inclusive journeys across Europe, connecting Belgium with France, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.

Motor Neuron Disease (MND) affects motor neurons, which are the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord that tell our muscles what to do.

Sunflower wearer, Kirk Gittons, who lives with MND, aims to raise awareness and funds for the MND Association by bungee jumping in Battersea Park, London on 4 April.

“Losing the ability to have a fluent conversation and struggling with certain words is extremely upsetting and frustrating. I am also now struggling to eat certain foods, which make me choke and are stressful for me, and my wife.” Kirk
