Our lovely neighbour Rita..
Being laid to rest this morning by her gorgeous family.

A sad day indeed for the Donaghmede community. Every year on our children’s birthday/ christmases she would drop in gifts.. she often popped in to ask if I needed assistance when girls were small.

Always smiling- cheerful and would always stop to say hello.
She heavily impressed this world with her kindness.. and that is how I will remember her.
Totally deserving a space here this morning within the healing community.

Can I ask..for some loving thoughts and prayers sent this way as she makes her final journey. Send strength to her heartbroken husband Christy, Children & grandchildren as they face thee most difficult and challenging of days.

RIP Rita.. May a thousand Angels, family, friends gather to bring you back home.

Someday Soon..

When somebody in a depressive state - energetically they are decompressing. This takes time, time for you to allow yourself to fit back in to yourself.
With a new awareness of self and those around you within your situation.

It’s not easy.
It’s not easy to accept- there will be a s**t load of resistance. There are no words.. words can confuse us even more.. the meaning and depth of all words and how they land becomes crucial. Body language.. space.. time..
all of a sudden- all of it has importance.

We return back to the cavern and safety of our own heart where everything matters.

Our ego takes a back seat.. because it’s not going to make any sense. We reach the end of our tether - we outrun ourselves. A sense of nothing more to give… or take.
A place we find ourselves in otherwise known as..

‘Breaking Point’ ‘limit’ ‘Done’ ‘crucial’ ‘Enough’ ‘turning point’ ‘brink’ ‘the edge’..
the list is endless…

Stepping into a new version, more advanced, equipped with the workings and knowings of this world and coming to understand ourselves in facing thee most difficult of days…

A familiar pattern of pain and loss that runs throughout our very existence. And what you find out about yourself will change the way you show up.

You will grieve the loss of who you once were.. the one who survived previous loss.
I hope you still choose to love, which.. it’s not going to be the easy route.. but it will have golden nuggets and rewards for you mentally and emotionally.

A time will reach you.. where it will make sense, dots with align and connect.
But for now.. just be.
Allow your support system that have been assigned to you be there for you.

I absolutely loved the chats with the gorgeous .
Her radiance shines so brightly laced in with her compassionate heart.. and she shares it with us all.
We love Emma here at the centre – Emma has been a long term Reiki client since the very beginning of my practitioner journey to the opening of my centre - then becoming a student with her Reiki training and diving into psychic development.
Emma is an empowerment coach that binds in her deep connection to Reiki energy and spirituality. I don’t think there’s anything we didn’t touch base on – Emma is that girly girl that you want to have by your side, reminding us all to look after ourselves and to keep shining! She’s that one friend that will rock up with her sage, crystals and cards!! 😍
We talk about importance of trusting one’s intuition, and the role of studying kinesiology in understanding her personal wellbeing.
Emma shares her experiences with past life regression and the significance of our shared energy in Reiki sessions. Our conversation then went onto numerology and how it relates to personal growth and future aspirations, embracing change and self-awareness. Emma shares with us her journey of self-discovery, the importance of getting back to joy with new experiences, and community.
She reflects on her personal growth through nature, the transformative experience she had with her Camino journey, and the significance of trusting oneself. Highlighting the balance between doing and being, the power of mindfulness, and the importance of building connections with others.
I absolutely adore Emma and everything she brings to the table.. and I know you’ll love her too. There was lots of little golden nuggets throughout our chats. Highly recommend a listen if you are on the fence about reiki healing.. Emma explains her journey into it perfectly an how Reiki healing energetically showed her how to trust & surrender into finding joy again.

I absolutely loved chatting to Bill, I just know you will love him too!! Bill shares his journey into mediumship, which were with him from early experiences.
Touching base with the importance of patience and trust in the process, an advocate warrior for ethics of delivering messages with the understanding of the responsibilities of being a medium.
Talks about the challenges within the mediumship community and the misconceptions surrounding it. The huge significance of mentorship and the continuous learning.. yes! Everyday a school day!!
Bill also teases his upcoming autobiography, (The Silenced Psychic) I cannot wait to read!

LOVE.

Honestly.. I can really struggle with it. Which can dampen the journey.. Somedays.. I don’t think I’ve any to give , yet other days I’m abundantly overflowing in it.
Yet.. I do know on a soul level.. it’s who I am.. it’s who we all are. Deep beneath the surface level of everyday interactions.

I know what love feels like- it becomes apparent when I think I’m losing it. I act upon that feeling with trying to understand it more.
I believe in the exchange of energy, I understand it more then.. this could be in any situation good, bad or indifferent. I feel my love it pull me back as I turn around and want to walk away.. I mostly feel my love when I’m struggling .. it can become words that I read, a picture, a sound that gets really loud. And when I’m on the floor with it.. well, my love becomes a voice.

I struggle to understand it really. Therefore I struggle to understand myself.
This morning I am questioning the love I am.
I have experienced love many times throughout my life.. I know what it feels like to come in for me..it flows.. it’s easy..
I don’t question it. It’s just ‘there’ I know that for sure.

I try to be the love I am… everyday. But somedays are hard- I harbour ill feelings, which revisit causing frustrations where acceptance can seem difficult.
Which in turn .. makes me feel bad. However, I know.. and understand I’m only angry with myself.

It’s all me.
