HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point. It works because it will identify what could go wrong (the hazard) which means you ( the food business ) can put steps in place to prevent it from going wrong. With training, your staff understand how important they are to the safety of food and what has to be done to ensure it. Staff are confident and customers are happy and safe !
If your staff need training... get in touch.

Food safety isn’t just best practice — it’s a legal requirement in Ireland.
One food safety slip can lead to a bad review.
One bad review can damage your reputation.
And a damaged reputation can cost you customers — or even your business.
Whether you’re a café, restaurant, takeaway, or food producer, compliance protects you. If you’re not 100% confident you meet HSE and FSAI standards, that’s a risk not worth taking.
👉 Be proactive, not reactive.
