✨ 10-Minute Gong Bath for Your Inner Child ✨
A few days ago, I was deeply triggered — that old story of rejection resurfaced, and my inner child, little Natasha, showed up feeling fear, disappointment, and anger.
In the past, I would have spiraled, lost in the story. This time, I chose awareness. I let my emotions be felt, gave them space, and spoke gently to the parts of me that were hurting. I reminded myself I am safe, worthy, and loved. I hugged myself, breathed deeply, and offered compassion. Slowly, my body relaxed, my breath deepened, and my nervous system began to settle.
The next morning, I sat with my gongs, setting the intention to release what was still lingering. As the vibrations filled the space, I could feel emotion rising and moving through me. Tears came — soft, healing, necessary. Each note seemed to hold space for what I was letting go, and with each sound, the feelings transformed. By the end, I was met with stillness, peace, and a return to myself.
This 10-minute gong bath is inspired by that practice — the same sound journey that helped me release, reconnect, and restore calm.
