A 6-week journey to release, restore & return to yourself before Christmas

As we move towards the darkest, calmest point of the year, I’m guiding a 6-week seasonal series designed to help you slow down, soften stress, and ground your energy before the holidays.

You can join with 1 class per week for a gentle, nourishing reset…
or choose 2 classes per week for a deeper seasonal practice.

We finish together on the Winter Solstice — the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and welcome the return of the light. ✨

Here’s what the journey looks like:

Week 1 — Release

Gentle Yoga + Breathwork to let go of stress, tension, and the weight of the year.

Week 2 — Restore

Deep Yin with long, restful rebounds to settle the nervous system and refill your cup.

Week 3 — Rebalance

A grounding Yoga flow to centre your body, breath, and energy.

Week 4 — Reconnect

A heart-opening, compassion-themed practice to soften and open during the busiest season.

Week 5 — Reset

A breathwork-focused session paired with a slow, steady Yoga Practice.

Week 6 — Reflect

Yin Yoga with guided meditation to close the year with clarity and warmth.

Think of this as your warm, cosy, intentional countdown to Christmas.

A chance to breathe, to move, and to support yourself — not just everyone else.

❄️1 class per week + Winter Solstice €90

❄️2 classes per week + Winter Solstice €150

𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗗/𝗛𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦

Infrared heat helps to gently warm the body from the inside out, increasing circulation and making muscles feel more supple. This can support flexibility, joint mobility, and relaxation, which is why heated classes often feel easier to move in.

But, many common beliefs about infrared and heated workouts are misunderstood.

The heat itself does not significantly increase calorie burn or fat loss. Any extra weight lost during class is primarily from water loss through sweating, which is temporary.

Infrared or hot environments do not make the body stronger or fitter on their own. Strength and cardiovascular fitness come from progressive resistance training, and conditioning, not the temperature of the room.

In fact, exercising in excessive heat can cause fatigue more quickly, which may reduce performance and limit true strength gains.

The main benefits of infrared or heated classes are improved mobility, circulation, and a greater sense of relaxation. They can be excellent for recovery, flexibility, and mental focus when practiced safely and with adequate hydration.

In summary: heat can enhance comfort, circulation, and mobility — it’s a supportive tool for movement, not a shortcut to fitness.

𝗠𝗔𝗧 𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦

Both Mat and Reformer Pilates come from the same foundation — Joseph Pilates’ method of controlled, mindful movement designed to build strength, mobility, and balance.

Mat Pilates is the purest form of the method. It challenges you to control your body using your own strength, coordination, and awareness. We sometimes use small props like a ball, band, or ring to add variety and resistance.

✨ Great for deepening core strength, building control, and improving body awareness.
✨ It’s deceptively challenging — without springs or straps to assist you, your body does all the work!

The reformer uses springs, a moving carriage, and straps to both support and challenge your body. The resistance can make some exercises feel more accessible, while others become even more intense.
✨ Great for improving alignment, increasing range of motion, and developing strength through resistance.
✨ It’s incredibly versatile — the machine meets you where you are and helps you progress safely and effectively.

Mat classes are usually a little more affordable because class sizes are bigger and there’s no specialised equipment to maintain.

Reformer Pilates involves smaller groups, more individual attention, and machines that require careful upkeep.

Both will make you stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body — and combining them gives you the best of both worlds.

So, you don’t have to choose! A mix of one Mat and one Reformer class each week is a powerful way to build strength, awareness, and confidence — and to really feel the full benefits of Pilates in your body.

If you’ve only tried one style so far, this is your sign to explore the other — your body will thank you.
