Wishing you all a peaceful grounded and happy weekend from my THERAPY ROOM … ❤️ I tidied up and sat for a while here this evening after a busy day grateful for the clients who place their trust in me and thankful for the experience I have gained in helping to calm emotional distress, over thinking, and the stress of life in general. This is a place where you can get out of your head ( in the best way) and into your heart ❤️ you know where I am - and it’s a difficult but brave move - whenever you feel ready - this is a warm safe comforting space ❤️

The death has occurred of Peter Walls of Rush, Co. Dublin – 13th October 2025. Unexpectedly.

Peter will be sadly missed by his loving sister Trish, wife Dee, niece Karla, nephew Martie, grandniece Chloé, grandnephews Aaron and Jake, as well as his loving cousins, extended family and friends.

May Peter Rest In Peace.

Peter's funeral mass will take place on Saturday morning at 10am in St. Maur's Church, Rush followed by burial in Whitestown Cemetery, Rush.

As it’s BREAST CANCER AWARENESS season …I love this gift set idea from Brown Thomas especially as they donate €10 from each set sold to supporting women going through breast cancer.

People were so very kind when I was diagnosed and even though it may seem awkward to know what to say or do when a friend or family member gets a cancer diagnosis nice little care gifts always mean a lot - and this one follows my therapeutic and teaching approach to ‘GROUND’ and of course gives more 💞
