Very excited to be now offering Reflexology. (Only took me 3 years to finally get around to doing the refresher course!!). Another powerful & deeply relaxing treatment to add to my treatment menu!

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that gently guides the whole being into homeostasis by stimulating/ massaging specific reflex points & zones on the feet that correspond to the different organs & systems in the body. It is certainly not just a foot massage. All my clients are dying to try it out.

I am fully registered with the National Register of Reflexologists  (Ireland). which is amazing news because if you have health insurance you will be able to claim some money back.

Stay tuned for another couple of reflexology based packages launching very soon.

I know everyone is feeling the pinch with the rising costs of living across the board & I hope you will all understand that there will be a slight increase in my prices. I have done my best to keep offering the most affordable prices & hence, there haven't been any price increases since July 2023. Some of my treatments were the same price since I opened in June 2022!

This change will come into effect on Wed the 19th of March. The new pricelist preview will be available to view on my Instagram Stories & Highlights.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my clients for their continued support. I am truly grateful & am blessed to be able to do what I love, holding space & helping you get your Zzzen on. You have been amazing and I really appreciate every one of you.
