Omg THANK YOU❤️ Bath Avenue & District Residents Association CLG and everyone who worked so hard before and on the night, to give us the most incredible fun evening...it is a long time since I heard so many people laughing and having fun.
Thank you to everyone who showed up to support the night and play the quiz and last man standing, and big cheers to The Unbelievables who won.🏆🏆🏆

This week we had World Mental Health Day...and I watched lots of different videos and advice for people, a lot of very practical tools for helping you to take care of your mind.
My advice is a little bit different, take or leave it...but this is something I feel helps us have good energy and stay 'looking forward ' and that is so important when we feel a bit lost.
Like most of these things, for a lot of people it is not our natural state but with some gentle reminders to ourselves we can take baby steps and turn things around.
