Star Kids Yoga Hi,
I'm Laura. I started my yoga journey to practice yoga at home with my two children.

When I saw the effect it had on them and the enjoyment it brought, I decided to take the next step and I got certified to teach children's yoga (Kidding Around Yoga). I offer group classes, camps, birthday parties, one to one or family sessions in your home, online private and group classes, online pre recorded courses for you and your child to do in your own time, creche and school courses (online and in person classes). A typical KAY class incorporates singing, jogging, limbo-ing, dancing, massaging, games and so much more all woven into the original songs that we have created for our little ones. They don’t even notice that they are practicing yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing) they are having so much fun. All classes end with the glorious trip to The Peaceful Garden where kids get that much deserved break from their day.

✨ Laura from Star Kids Yoga ✨

Laura, a mum of three and the heart behind Star Kids Yoga, has been sharing yoga, mindfulness, and play with children and families for many years. She teaches in primary and secondary schools, crèches, after-school clubs, and private classes.

She also hosts family yoga retreats in Ireland and abroad – with a special love for the French Alps – and shares the benefits of infant and child massage and reflexology.

At Yoga Fest 2025, Laura will be offering children’s yoga classes, creating a joyful space where little ones can move, breathe, and connect. 🌸

Star Kids Yoga were delighted to be asked to join the Irish Girl Guides at their international space themed camp “Orbit 2025”, last week.
Over 1000 Girl Guides from across the globe were in attendance and what an absolutely amazing experience it was for them all. Star Kids Yoga had an amazing time with the girls and were very grateful for the opportunity to share this experience with the girls.
