How long is the treatment going to take??
Everyone wants to know this one.
We are conditioned to believe that pain and discomfort must be avoided at all costs. Healing should be quick, painless, and instant. We can all thank allopathy for that.
And when treating an acute illness I expect things to improve quickly. But when it comes to the chronic stuff things are different.
Sure, sometimes you can get fast results… but in my experience, those results rarely last. They’re not the deep, meaningful kind of change that truly sticks. I’m not here for quick fixes — I’m here for slow, steady, sustainable transformation. That’s what creates long-term healing. You get better and you stay better.
If someone wants instant results, they can take steroids… but we all know how that ends: fast doesn’t mean good, and it often makes things worse. We’re working on a different frequency, a different trajectory — one grounded in long-term wellbeing.
It's like a good stew. You can try to crank up the heat and rush it, but it won’t develop the depth, richness, and nourishment it’s meant to have.
Give it time, let it simmer slowly, and the flavours melt together. All the depth, richness, and nourishment come alive.
Healing works the same way.
The best things — a slow-cooked meal, or your health — take the time they take. And they’re worth it. 🍲✨
