It's so comfortable you can sleep, stretch, lay, swim, sit, run with it, and it will move with you, you won't feel a thing... Fold: Gently fold your Pure Menstrual Cup into a C fold, punch down, or 7 (or any other cool creative way to make it smaller and easily insertable in your vajayjay😘)
Insert: Insert the cup into your va**na, ensuring it sits comfortably below the cervix. Make sure you tilt it slightly towards your self to better position it inside your V
Rotate: Give it a gentle twist to ensure a secure seal.
Wear: Go about your day worry-free for up to 12 hours!
Remove: Simply pinch the base to release the seal and pull out gently.

True story, I just got my period this morning, exactly 28 days after the last one, but anything between 21 to 35 days is considered a regular cycle. First day of your me**es is the first day of your menstrual cycle, and the last day of your cycle is the day before your period begins! So here's to a new cycle! ✨🍵🫖🛀🐈‍⬛ Even though my womb hurts, I actually Love the first day of my period, coz it means blanket, chill, yummy tea, a good book, watching my fave series, just cosyyy... I do nothing on my first day but chill, and eat good 🥦🥑🥕🍠 Gotta nourish that body when it's releasing, I love me some wholegrains and fatty fish, leafy greens, chocolate and bananas, nuts and seeds, herbal tea... When you make it real cosy, it becomes your power, your little secret ☺️ Time to give myself some extra love and care. Usually on a day 2, 3 or 4 I take a bath too, and I rest until I feel like it... Here's to self-care, comfort, and inner strength. ❤️
