I tried fasting once …. Lasted until the evening meal when I declared it wasn’t for me. But it was more than just feeling hunger, it was a deeply felt fear of not having the nourishment I needed to survive.

It didn’t make logical sense: it was in my bones, in my energetic field the ancestral hum of lack.

The feeling of lack can reverberate in our existence…. In the little sayings and ancestral lineage, the not quite enough ness….
