We’re hiring a full-time Chef to join the Clearbrook team!
Clearbrook is a modern, purpose-built 90-bed nursing home in Finglas with a strong reputation for high-quality care and excellent dining. Our philosophy is centred around four key pillars: patient-centred care, meaningful activities, excellent dining, and a commitment to infection prevention and control.

We’re looking for someone passionate about preparing nutritious, tasty, and well-presented meals that make a real difference to the lives of our residents.

What We Offer

Excellent pay (rate depends on experience & qualifications)
Sunday premium: 25%
Bank holiday premium: double pay

Role Details

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week / 70 hours per fortnight
Shift length: 10 hours
Shift times: 6:30am – 4:30pm
Roster: Every second weekend (flexibility required)
Contract: Permanent
About You

Qualified and experienced Chef (nursing home or healthcare experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and dietary requirements
Excellent organisational and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for delivering great food and care
