Wishing you all a peaceful holiday season.

My deepest gratitude to all my clients for allowing me to hold space for you this year. It's always an honour.

Posted • This is a theme that comes up a lot - the paralyzing fear of making the wrong decision, or the unwillingness to say goodbye and the resulting feelings of ‘stuckness’ that form as a result.

But I have two thoughts -
one is that movement gives information. It’s often the act of choosing that gives you something to respond to.
Lean into one decision and you will see how you really feel about it.

and two is that grief is inherent in growth. Growth requires change, and change often means saying goodbye to one familiarity in order to experience something new, and it takes our brain & being some time to acclimate to the new normal, but it does acclimate when we give ourselves time.
It requires allowing the different seasons to change, and opening ourselves to the gifts, joys, and challenges the new season has to offer.

But if we refuse to let go of our familiarities, our comforts, or our safe zones, then we don’t get the opportunity to expand our edges. To try our skills in different environments, to meet and connect with new people, or to simply experiences sensations or opportunities we couldn’t have imagined possible.

It requires letting go. Over and over again.
Allowing the discomfort of newness, and giving ourselves the space to see what opportunities arise in the new season.
And I do believe it’s worth it.
