Most cravings are not hunger.
Your brain is looking for energy.
When energy drops…
the brain looks for the fastest reward.

Food is simply the easiest button to press.

But here’s what most people don’t realise.
⚡ Movement creates electricity in the body.
⚡ More electricity = more energy.
⚡ More energy = a calmer brain.

And when the brain has energy…
cravings disappear.

Most weight loss advice says:
Eat less. Exercise more.
And logically… that should work.

But if your brain is constantly trying to solve low energy and emotions with food, diets become very hard to stick to.

Last November I publicly announced:
“I’m doing the 100 Rejection Challenge.”
And immediately I thought…
What the hell am I doing? 😅
My chest was tight.
My voice would block.
My hands would shake.
Every time I was about to ask for something, my brain screamed:
“This is stupid.”
“Don’t embarrass yourself.”
“What if they say no?”

But I knew something.
If I want to grow…
If I want to build my business…
If I want to speak up…
I have to become okay with rejection.
So every single day, I asked for a NO.

And here’s what shocked me:
People don’t say no that often.
They say YES way more.
It actually took me FOUR MONTHS to collect 100 no’s 😅

But here’s the real lesson:
Rejection means nothing.
It’s just information.
It’s not a verdict on your worth.
It’s not proof you’re not good enough.
It’s just a no.

And the best part?
I celebrated every single one 🎉
Like I had just won the lottery.
“YESSSS! I GOT A NO!” 😂

Why?
Because I was reprogramming my brain.
Instead of fearing rejection…
I became addicted to courage.

Do I still feel fear?
Of course.
Fear doesn’t disappear.
You just spend less time inside it.

High achievers don’t lack fear.
They move with it.

And I know this:
You have so much potential inside you.
So many ideas.
So much courage waiting.
But the fear of “no” is keeping you small.

🫶 So here’s my invitation:
Ask. Speak. Go. Celebrate the no.
Because the next level of your life is hidden behind uncomfortable conversations.

There was a time I was completely exhausted. 😮‍💨
Midday crashes.
Counting the hours until the weekend.

So I did what most of us do…
I Googled.
And Keto came up.
I went all in. Discipline. Structure. Zero carbs. 💪
And yes — the abs came.
Not six-pack. Eight-pack. 😅

But my energy? Gone.
My mood? Flat.
My muscle mass? Dropping.
I looked fit.
But I didn’t feel strong.

So I hired a coach.
He told me something I didn’t expect:
“You need carbs.”

I followed the plan.
Built muscle.
Kept the abs.
And my energy finally came back. ⚡
