Today we are celebrating Neuroencoding Elite in Speaking Certified.

And this means more to me than just another certificate.

For years, I did not celebrate myself. I just kept collecting diplomas, hoping that one day I would finally feel good enough. But instead of enjoying the moment, I was always focused on what was next. I was not appreciating life. I was not really celebrating me.

Now it is different.

Now it is about alignment. Doing what I truly love. Becoming more of who I really am. Not proving. Not chasing. Not collecting. Just aligning.

And I truly believe celebration has to be part of life if you want more joy, more meaning, and if you want to truly live in the moment.

Celebrate the big things. Celebrate the small things. Celebrate the morning walk you did not feel like doing, but you did it anyway. Celebrate showing up for yourself. Celebrate every little step.

but today I want to focus on your gut — often called your second brain.

Because when your gut is off,
you don’t just feel it in your stomach or belly.
You feel it in your mood.
In your energy.
In your confidence.

Food is not just fuel. It’s connection 🤍
It’s how we slow down.
How we gather.
How we laugh.
How we celebrate.
How we connect with the people we love.

And honestly… I really love this way of living.
I built my body through restriction.
Through measuring everything.
Counting macros.
Trying to make everything fit into the numbers.
Going out and not fully enjoying myself because I was already thinking,
I shouldn’t eat this
This is extra calories
This is not good for me
And that kind of life became miserable.

Because the body is not that simple.
If it was only calories in, calories out, obesity would be easy to solve.

But the body is more complex than that.
Your stress matters.
Your hormones matter.
Your nervous system matters.
đź§  And your mind plays a powerful role in how you feel in your body and how you live in your body.

When you understand that… something shifts.
You become freer.
You start enjoying your life more.
You start connecting with yourself more.
You stop living in fear.
You start being more fully who you are.

I still care about my body.
I still train.
I still value my health.
But I don’t live in restriction anymore.
Because restriction limits my freedom.
And freedom is deeply important to me.
I want to feel free.
I want to enjoy.
I want to live fully.
And I wish the same for you.

Most people think they need to do more.
Push harder.
Be stricter.
Stay more disciplined.
I did that.
I worked hard.
I did bodybuilding.
I built my body the hard way.
And yes… it worked.

But it also disconnected me from who I was.
Everything was measured.
Restricted.
Controlled.
I wasn’t even enjoying life anymore.

And that’s when I realised…
It’s not just about what you do.
It’s about who you are.
When you shift your identity — everything changes.

You stop forcing.
You stop chasing.

You start working with your body, not against it.
