We inhabit these bodies without instruction manuals, expected to navigate their complexity with grace we were never taught. Your body is the only home you will ever truly own and it carries you through every moment of your existence. It serves you relentlessly. And yet, there are days when the body feels like betrayal. The body asks for stewardship not because it deserves worship, but because it’s the only way you’ll ever touch the world, taste food, feel sunlight, hold someone you love. Every act of care such as sleep, water, rest, motion, medicine, boundaries is an acknowledgment that this imperfect, temporary, miraculous architecture is worth protecting. Not because it will last forever. Because it won’t. But because right now, in this moment, it’s keeping you alive.

What is Herbal Medicine?
