“I’ve had hypnosis before and it didn’t work. What makes QHHT different?”
This is something people say to me quite often when they first enquire about a session.
Many people have tried hypnosis before for things like smoking cessation, weight loss, or relaxation, and they sometimes feel it didn’t work for them.
QHHT is quite different from many other forms of hypnosis.
First, the hypnosis used in QHHT is a very natural and gentle state of deep relaxation. It’s actually a state that we all move through every day, the same state we enter just before falling asleep or when we are deeply absorbed in a daydream.
Another difference is the depth of the hypnosis. In QHHT we guide the client into a deeper level of relaxation than most modern hypnosis techniques. Dolores Cannon developed a very specific process that allows the conscious mind to quieten enough for the subconscious mind to come forward.
This is important because the subconscious is where the deeper wisdom and memories are held.
During a session the subconscious may bring forward past life memories, symbolic imagery, or experiences that help explain something happening in the client’s current life.
But one of the most unique parts of QHHT is that we can communicate directly with the Higher Self, the wiser, expanded part of your consciousness that understands your life path and the bigger picture of your soul’s journey.
People are often surprised by how naturally the answers come once this level of awareness is reached.
Even clients who believed they “couldn’t be hypnotised” have had very powerful and meaningful sessions.
Every person experiences the process in their own way, but the intention of QHHT is always the same:
to access the deeper wisdom within you and allow healing, clarity, and understanding to emerge.
