When your heart, mind and body are in peace, you're grateful💗 Gratitude and cultivating gratitude is how I finished 2024 and started New year. In each moment I am trying to see what to say Thank you for, because life is bringing so many opportunities for this, new people, new experiences.
And even in the moments of despair or when the heart may be filled with sadness or frustration, asking yourself, what can I learnt from it and if there is something to say Thank you for. Because there is❤️
2024 was very transformational for me where I decided to focus more on good things, rather than seeing things which may not be working as planned, and seeing a challenge more as an opportunity rather than an obstacle. And being grateful to life for the fact of being alive, being able to breathe, go for a walk, meet people and support others🙏
And after my October workshop for ladies health in Yoga Dublin where we united 12 beautiful ladies, guiding, teaching, supporting, Yoga Dublin and myself continued our collaboration❤️🧘♀️
