'Shneck pain' anyone? You know that pain? Is it in your neck or your shoulders? Is it both? Is it something else altogether? So many questions.
There are many causes of neck and shoulder pain from strains, sprains, from overexertion and of course bad posture and then there are more serious issues like fractures to the bones in your shoulder.
