On my birthday, something truly magical happened. A tiny wren flew in through the window and gently let me pick it up. It stayed perched on my hand, calm and present, as if it had always meant to be there. In that very moment, Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Eva Cassidy was playing softly in the background.
I felt it deep in my soul — a spiritual sign from the universe. A reminder that love never leaves us. That she is still with me.
My beautiful mother, Anne Spratt, was simply the best. So special. So incredible. I miss her more than words can ever say. She is never far from my thoughts and forever in my heart.
I am filled with so much gratitude for receiving these signs exactly when I needed them most. Magical moments with our animal kingdom and the universe that remind us we are always connected.

A truly incredible experience and feeling so blessed to have received the singing bowls course training for the one to one sound healing sessions. I first recieved a session last year and again yesterday and WOW WOW WOW. The movement of the precise playing of the bowls for the healing of the sessions resonated with me so much. Beaming with gratitude and forever grateful to my wonderful teacher and friend Robert.

I'm having the most amazing experience here in Valencia learning this incredible ancient healing massage technique. Being a performer/creative it's the most wonderful healing massage to recieve and to release blocked energy and tension within the body but also being the practitioner giving the massage you recieve the massage/stretching healing also condition the body.
So much gratitude for the learning and teachings 🙏 ❤🧡💛💚💙💜💜
